  • Tokai Batika International School in Japan offers a three-year pre-primary education program designed to prepare children for primary school. Kindergarten students attending this program are eligible to receive a stipend from the local government, helping to support their early learning experience.

  • Tokai Batika International School currently provides formal academic instruction up to Grade 8, with plans to expand by one grade each year, ultimately offering education through Grade XII. At the basic level, the school's primary focus is to enhance students' overall academic performance while preparing them for higher education.

    Objectives

    • Develop foundational knowledge and skills in languages, including Nepali, English, and Japanese.
    • Cultivate a basic understanding and a creative approach to subjects such as Mathematics, Science, and Computer Science.
    • Foster critical and creative thinking, along with expressive abilities.

    Curriculum

    • Nepali: Compulsory subject
    • English: Compulsory subject
    • Mathematics: Developing problem-solving skills and mathematical reasoning
    • Science: Exploring the natural world and scientific principles
    • Social Studies: Understanding the world around us and our place in it
    • Computer Science: Introduction to programming and digital literacy
    • Japanese: Offered part-time, providing students with an opportunity to learn a new language and culture
  • Tokai Batika International School will ultimately offer education up to Grade XII. At present, it conducts formal academic programs up to Grade 9, with plans to add an additional grade each year until reaching Grade XII. The Secondary Level will include Grades IX through XII.

    Our institution, Tokai Batika International School (TBIS), is preparing to introduce Grades XI and XII in Science, Arts, and Management streams, under the affiliation of Nepal’s Ministry of Education (MOE).
